House on the Orme currently on site, Llandudno, North Wales-completion 2017

These are our latest sketch design concepts for a contemporary dwelling which is currently on site, set in a stunning exclusive location on Marine Drive , Llandudno. The project is set for completion March 2017. All bedrooms also have built in storage. The main bedroom expands out to the rear with a dressing area and generous en suite which is a nice private space. The entrance hall is fully glazed to the outside and is double height so when you enter the house you will experience the full volume and upper living level looking over. The transparency also gives a visual connection of the sea beyond as you come down the driveway. The hallway could have an open plan modern staircase. This leads you up to a generous open plan living area comprising the kitchen with linear breakfast bar that looks on to the family breakfast area on the east side of the house to make best use of the morning sun on this side of the house. We thought it...
